Karen Kops, Principal, has extensive management experience that spans the private, public, and non-profit sectors. She was self-employed with a small screen-printing business for five years, supervised 20 employees for two government agencies, and founded three non-profit organizations for which she served as president for eleven years.
Karen brings to her customers the skills and knowledge to incorporate and successfully apply for non-profit status. She offers her personal services at a reasonable price. A recent non-profit application sailed through the IRS within 60 days.
Karen also lends her expertise to grant writing, grant and corporate compliance, and event planning.
